ISA Mission Statement

The mission of International School of Aruba is to motivate and prepare students to achieve their academic and personal best within a U.S. accredited, English language, college/university preparatory program that embraces diversity while encouraging leadership, character, and community service.

ISA Parameters

  • ISA shall always meet the requirements of the Aruban Law.
  • Nothing will take precedence over the growth and achievement of students. We will not allow policies, procedures, or behaviors that impede student success.
  • All energies will be focused on the early childhood through 12 instructional and extracurricular programs.
  • ISA shall always strive to meet standards for accreditation and to remain continuously accredited by a U.S. regional agency.
  • We will not tolerate behavior that diminishes the dignity, self-worth, or safety of any individual.
  • No new programs or service will be accepted nor will any existing program or service be retained unless it is consistent with the strategic plan.
  • ISA will only accept those students for whom there is an existing appropriate educational program.
  • All decisions will be done based on assuring the school remains fiscally responsible and operates within its own resources.
  • As a proprietary school, ISA is subject to all policies and decision processes of the ISA Board.
